Being an Assistant Coach is an important and impactful role within YYFC. Assistant Coaches are expected to:
✔️ Be present for all practices
✔️ Support and assist the Head Coach during practices
✔️ Help coach and guide athletes during games
✔️ Serve as a positive leader and role model for our athletes
