1 Child – $80

2 Children – $130

3+ Children – $160

Registration Fee for – Little Cubs: $40

REMEMBER: 1st Time Tackle Football Players are Free – ANY AGE

Other Fees:

Additional Fees: Can only be paid via checks (Checks made out to YAMF)

• Uniform Deposit Amount: $250.00 (Post Dated Check (Nov. 30, 2026) will not be cashed if uniform is returned)
• Fundraising: $200 (Post Dated Check (June 20, 2026) will not be cashed if stubs and money turned in)
• Volunteer: $200 (Post Dated Check (Nov. 30, 2026) will not be cashed if parent/guardian full fills volunteer requirements)
• **Cheerleaders Only*** $20.00 for bows & rain coat

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE until we receive a completed registration form, registration payment, and checks (Uniform Deposit, Volunteer & Fundraising).
